1. About these terms
This website at vtheating.shop is operated by VT HEATING LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05194896, registered office 78 The Green, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW2 5AG, United Kingdom. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell physical home organization and entryway storage products for personal and business use. We are a product retailer only. Product descriptions, dimensions and weight limits are provided to help you choose the right item.
3. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes that may apply at delivery. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation and dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we cannot verify payment — and will refund any amount already charged.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card) and PayPal. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method. We do not store your full payment-card details.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content, branding and images on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. Product use and safety
Please follow the included instructions, especially for wall-mounted items, and do not exceed the stated weight limits. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use beyond a product's intended purpose.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
